High durability heat treated and pre-stretched chains
Mecaline transmission chains including stainless steel roller chains comply with European standards (DIN 8187 – ISO 606) to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality. The chains are manufactured with heat-treated components to ensure high durability and are pre-stretched to further increase the chains’ usable service life.
O8B-1 Chain
A premium quality heat-treated roller chain made of carbon steel to DIN 8187 – ISO 606 standards. The plates are treated to the core (42 to 46 HRC) and the shafts are carbon-nitrided. All our chains are pre-tensioned to deliver maximum service life.
